      在健康中国、积极应对人口老龄化和乡村振兴三大战略全面交汇的时代背景下,康养产业联城带乡的多重价值、市场潜力和社会基础逐渐得到了社会认可。康养作为一种新兴旅居形式,通过自然养身、文化养心、服务增能、组织增效等方式,既吸引城市居民下乡旅居,推动城市资源有序下沉,也有效带动乡村产业发展和基础设施改善,但在城乡养老交流中还存在科技支撑不强劲、康养特色不鲜明、对流机制未畅通、服务联合未达成的问题。面向新时代,应以“康养为媒、旅居为形、农耕为魂、田园为境、互助为纲”为基本理念,着力构建“数字互联、服务整合、生态转化、产业协同、合作共享”的互益性养老机制,为推进城乡养老服务联合提供新势能和新动力。

      In the context of the comprehensive promotion of the three strategies of healthy China,active response to population aging and rural revitalization,the multiple value,market potential and social foundation of the health and wellness industry linking cities and villages have gradually been recognized by the society.As an emerging form of residential tourism,the health and wellness industry promotes physical well-being through nature,mental enrichment through culture, empowerment through services,and efficiency through organization.This not only attracts urban residents to rural areas and facilitates the downward flow of urban resources,but also stimulates rural economic development and drives improvements in rural infrastructure.However,there are still problems in the communication between urban and rural elderly care services,such as the scientific and technological support is not strong,health care characteristics are not clear,convection mechanism is not smooth,service joint has not been reached.Facing the new era,guided by the new development concepts of innovation,coordination,green,openness and sharing,to provide new potential energy and new impetus for promoting the combination of urban and rural elderly care services,it is proposed to take the concept of “health and wellness as the medium,residential tourism as the form,farming culture as the soul,pastoral landscapes as the setting, and mutual assistance as the framework”,and focus on establishing a mutually beneficial elderly care mechanism characterized by “digital connectivity,service integration,ecological transformation,industrial synergy, and cooperative sharing”.This will provide new momentum and driving force for advancing integrated urban-rural elderly care services.
