      依托科技创新驱动农业绿色发展效率提升,能有效推动农业产业向低碳化、高效化转型,为农业农村现代化和乡村全面振兴提供关键支撑。以陕西省2011-2023年10个地市的面板数据为研究靶向,运用面板数据模型实证检验科技创新对农业绿色发展效率的直接影响效应,并以农业产业结构为切入视角,进一步解构二者间作用机制的内在逻辑与传导路径。结果显示,科技创新是驱动陕西省农业绿色发展效率提升的关键力量,并且该结论在经过多种稳健性检验后依然稳健可靠。机制分析表明,在科技创新驱动农业绿色发展效率提升过程中,农业产业结构发挥着机制传导作用。异质性分析表明,科技创新对陕南地区、资源型城市、经济低水平地区农业绿色发展效率的提升作用强于关中、陕北、非资源型城市及经济高水平地区。进一步,从构建科技创新“靶向供给”体系、推动农业产业结构深度优化、实施差异化政策激励、完善科技创新支撑保障机制方面提出了政策建议,助力农业高质量可持续发展。

      By leveraging technological innovation to drive the efficiency of green agricultural development,we can effectively promote the transformation of the agricultural industry toward low-carbon and high-efficiency practices, providing crucial support for the modernization of agriculture and rural areas and the comprehensive revitalization of rural regions.Using panel data from 10 cities in Shaanxi Province from 2011 to 2023 as the research target,this study empirically examines the direct impact of technological innovation on the efficiency of agricultural green development using a panel data model.Furthermore, from the perspective of agricultural industry structure,the internal logic and transmission path of the interaction mechanism between the two are further deconstructed.The results show that technological innovation is a key driving force for improving the efficiency of agricultural green development in Shaanxi Province,and this conclusion remains robust and reliable after multiple robustness tests.Mechanism analysis reveals that in the process of driving agricultural green development efficiency through technological innovation,the agricultural industry structure plays a mechanism transmission role.Heterogeneity analysis indicates that technological innovation has a stronger effect on improving the efficiency of agricultural green development in southern Shaanxi,resource-based cities,and economically low-level areas than in Guanzhong,northern Shaanxi, non resource-based cities,and economically high-level areas.Furthermore,policy recommendations have been put forward to build a targeted supply system for technological innovation,promote deep optimization of agricultural industrial structure, implement differentiated policy incentives, and improve the support and guarantee mechanism for technological innovation,in order to assist in the high-quality and sustainable development of agriculture.
